As a matrimony platform, we necessarily collect details such as religion, caste/community, marital status, and horoscope information that may be considered sensitive. We collect these only because they are core to the purpose of the service (finding a suitable match) and display them to other members according to your profile's visibility settings and any field-level restrictions we apply (e.g. some details are only visible to unlocked/paid contacts).
We retain your profile information for as long as your account is active. If you request account deletion, we remove your profile, photos, and related personal data from active display; certain payment records may be retained as required for accounting, tax, and legal compliance even after account deletion.
The Platform is intended only for individuals who have reached the legal marriageable age under Indian law. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone below this age. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected such information, we will delete it promptly.
Our Platform may link to third-party services (e.g. Razorpay's checkout, UPI apps). Their use of your information is governed by their own privacy policies, and we encourage you to review them.
